Air quality secondary legislation

Air Quality (England) Regulations 2000, SI 2000/928



These set out the air quality objectives for various gases (including Benzene, Carbon Monoxide, Nitrogen Dioxide and Sulphur Dioxide) to be achieved by dates ranging from the end of 2003 to 2008. The objectives referred to are those which are to be considered by a U when conducting an air quality assessment under the Environment Act 1995 (see below).
